HR and Administration Officer

This position is a dual role involving human resources and office administration responsibilities.

Tentative supervisor: Executive Assistant to the CEO


  • Manage employee benefits (e.g. MPF, medical insurance, reimbursement) and payroll.

  • Help resolve conflicts and concerns between employees.

  • Co-ordinate interview schedule

  • Office filing and record keeping

  • Company vehicle management (if any)

  • Plan and support regular and ad hoc corporate events, such as press conferences, workshops, public seminars, annual dinner, etc.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Prior event management experience.

  • Time-management and organisational skills. Attention to detail. Self-motivated.

  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.

  • Experience/Knowledge in web content management, WordPress, Google Analytics, Photoshop, InDesign and video editing is a plus.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

  • Presentable and well-mannered.
