HR and Administration Officer
This position is a dual role involving human resources and office administration responsibilities.
Tentative supervisor: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Manage employee benefits (e.g. MPF, medical insurance, reimbursement) and payroll.
Help resolve conflicts and concerns between employees.
Co-ordinate interview schedule
Office filing and record keeping
Company vehicle management (if any)
Plan and support regular and ad hoc corporate events, such as press conferences, workshops, public seminars, annual dinner, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Prior event management experience.
Time-management and organisational skills. Attention to detail. Self-motivated.
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
Experience/Knowledge in web content management, WordPress, Google Analytics, Photoshop, InDesign and video editing is a plus.
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Presentable and well-mannered.
